My training philosophy
My training philosophy is to take the most natural approach to well-being proven to be effective for a better quality of life. I work to offer a complete, whole and complementary mix of training--which considers the whole person--yet also makes space to tackle specific goals. I stress lifestyle training instead of fads or quick fixes. The type of service I offer is one which is backed by science, yet also considers the heart of a person; in addition to my own direct experience.
