My training philosophy
My training philosophy is to take the most natural approach to well being proven to be effective for a better quality of life. A complete, whole and complementary mix of training, which considers the whole person yet also makes room to tackle very specific things. I stress lifestyle training and do not adhere to trends, fads or quick fixes. The type of service I offer is one which has been scientifically proven, yet at the same time, relies heavily on my own training and experience.
